I’m working on it!

Sometimes it gets a bit rough for me to keep up on this whole blogging thing. After last quarter’s 24 credit hour schedule at school, my brain really needed some down time to decompress and live in the moment for a bit. After a long and harrowing drive though the stark nothingness that is non-Vegas Nevada, I found myself gazing at this halcyon scene of mule deer peacefully nibbling leaves in front of half dome peak’s daring cut across the sky, the soft thudding static of tremendous waterfalls in the distance soothing my addled commuter brain. Denmark is considered a culinary hotspot right now, undoubtedly because of hits like NOMA and Geranium, and a bustling food scene in Copenhagen.
